Our Amari Guarantee

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back - it's that simple!
We will happily accept back unworn, unwashed, unused or unaltered merchandise in sellable condition with tags attached for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping costs.


How to Return:

  1. Email customer service at customerservice@amariactive.com with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return, and the reason for your return. You will then receive a RMA Receipt from a customer care representative.
  2. Please keep returned merchandise in original packaging and enclose a copy of your packing slip/ RMA Receipt.
  3. Drop the package off at your nearest FedEx, USPS or UPS location depending on what shipping provider you choose.
  4. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise.
  5. We'll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges:

At this time, Amari does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to www.amariactive​.com to submit a new order for your new items.


Clearance:

All merchandise bought during clearance sales or flash clearance promos will be FINAL SALE. Sorry, no exceptions.
